KitchenAid Electric Range

Customer complaint: I was roasting vegetables in my Kitchenaid range which I purchased from Best Buy in October 2020, when I heard a loud pop followed by a sizzling noise accompanied by a bright orange light which I could see through the vents on the right bottom of the stove covering the heating element. I turned it off and tried it again later. It still heats up but not all the way to the preheat setting. Not using it now and turned off the circuit breaker in case it poses a fire risk. Initial visit (Sep 25) — Matthew B: Found issue with bake element. Replaced and all checked ok. Parts installed: ELEMENT BAKE.
