Customer complaint: Washing machine not going through full cycle. Initial visit (Sep 28) — Matthew B: Found bad capacitor, control and splutch. Ordering parts and returning. Return visit (Oct 5) — Matthew B: Work performed Installed all replacement parts on the appliance and completed an operational test of the unit. Assessment The appliance is operating properly and currently performs according to manufacturer specifications. No further issues were observed during testing. Parts installed: Washer Run Capacitor, Washer Control Board, DRIVE PULLEY. Outcome: Repaired.
