Cleaned Refrigerator, Second Refrigerator, and Deep Freezer. Recalibrated temperature on double wall ovens by -20°F on upper and lower as test found they were both overheating. CX states dishwasher makes noise during wash. Found noise is coming from drain pump and the part is likely going bad. ;Ordering 1 W11412291 (PUMP-DRAIN)

Matthew was prompt, polite and quick to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He quickly completed the repair and described how he came to have “Best Day”. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. I did, however, think he overcharged for the time involved in the repair. Otherwise I would have give him FIVE stars.
