Service Notes: The customer reported the washing machine was stuck in drain mode. Upon inspection, I verified the unit's operation and determined the issue was with the pressure sensor switch. Accessing the internal components required removing the dryer partially off the washer. The pressure sensor switch was then replaced. Following the repair, I tested the unit, and it filled and resumed normal washing operations. No additional issues were noted during testing.
