Cx states washer is making noise and vibrating more than normal. Tested and unit appears to be functional. Concrete supports checked ok and shocks are ok as well. No obvious mechanical failures. Cx states top lid making noise. Checked and screws are tight and fastened as designed. Issue is by design. Recommended reporting to Samsung as issue can't be fixed without modifying the machine which is not covered under extended warranty.
