Samsung Front-Load Washer

Customer complaint: Door wont open. Error 9C2 showing. asking for service. Initial visit (Sep 24) — Matthew B: Reported concern Samsung washer model WF45R6100A, serial 01FY57AN506373R, displays error code 9C2 and the door will not open. The locked door prevents normal access to the washer and requires further diagnosis. Work performed Input power and connection integrity were checked. Voltage at the wall plug measured 123.0 VAC, which was the expected result. The door lock and latch were mechanically inspected, and the lock switch showed continuity when the door was closed, also matching the expected result. Checks for internal voltage loss produced an expected result. Assessment The recorded checks did not identify an abnormality in the incoming voltage, door-switch continuity, or checked internal voltage path. The source of the 9C2 code appears to be a PCB issue and the main control should be replaced. Customer is replacing the washer instead of repairing job complete.
