Customer complaint: Frost build up in the freezer. The ice maker doesn't make ice consistently. The frost does take over the ice maker. The door seal to the freezer looks like there's a gap. It's not sitting completely flush. Initial visit (Sep 22) — Matthew B: Icemaker is defective and needs to be replaced. Ice maker assembly: failed (Failed test mode. No activity) Door gasket: tested OK (Looks good and no tears.) issue with freezer door not shutting al the way. Found debris in back. Applied silicone and everything checked ok.
