Unknown brand Washer

Customer complaint: I had a load of laundry in the washer and I heard water running from under the washer on the floor and in the drip pan under the washer. My laundry floor was soaking wet. The top of the washer was fine. Initial visit (Sep 22) — Matthew B: Reported concern Drainage is backing up at the wall connection during washer operation. Assessment The issue is associated with the household plumbing at the wall rather than the washer. The washer itself is operating normally. A restricted wall drain can prevent wastewater from flowing away properly and may cause water to back up or overflow. Next steps Recommend having a qualified plumber inspect and clear the wall drain and associated household plumbing before further washer use.
