We serviced a
Whirlpool Microwave
Model WML55011HS
Near MIDLOTHIAN, VA 23114
Customer complaint: Oven shuts off by itself while cooking. It appears to happen after losing internet connectivity. Last time it happened it required 5 restarts to complete one meal. All burners working well, only the oven. Initial visit (Sep 28) — Matthew B: Wrong appliance on work order. Microwave on work order instead of oven.
