Assessment Inspection showed that the cold control was set to its lowest (coldest) setting. Diagnostic testing of the temperature sensor confirmed it is functioning within normal electrical resistance ranges relative to the compartment temperature. Next steps Adjusting the temperature control setting to a standard operating level should resolve the issue. Re-check the compartment temperature after 24 hours to ensure it maintains a normal operating range. If issue persist then control board will more than likely need to be replaced.
