Customer complaint: Water leaking from left bottom. Initial visit (Oct 19) — Matthew B: Assessment The washer was inspected regarding a reported water leak, but the leak could not be duplicated during testing. The door boot gasket, fill and drain hoses, and water inlet valve were evaluated and functioning correctly with no damage or active leaks observed. Visual evidence of water marks was identified near the dispenser drawer assembly, indicating it as the potential source of intermittent leakage. Next steps To resolve potential leakage from the dispenser housing, replacement of the dispenser drawer assembly is recommended.
