Found issue with drain hose missing high loop under counter to garbage disposal. Secured hose and made sure it had a high loop. Found garbage disposal was clogged and has a silicone attachment in it. Removed it and ran garbage disposal. Dishwasher had I20 error code which related to drain issue. Noticed at least 3 cups of water at base of tub. After high loop and garbage disposal declogged the dishwasher drained all the water out and filled with water. Tested several times and unit appears to be working as designed.
