Called cx and cx explained that screws came off drum. Explained to cx over the phone that we would attempt to repair though the drum holes have widened and drum may need to be replaced. Found issue with back 3 screws of drum that attach the bearing to the rear were missing and cx had tried to use similar screws to put back together. Took unit apart and found 3 OEM screws on floor of dryer near motor. Tried to unscrew cx screws but we're stuck inside of drum. Used wire cutters and was able to cut screws free. Uninstalled drum from unit and screwed OEM screws to bearing assembly. Reinstalled drum and reassembled dryer. Tested unit and the dryer is working as designed. Job complete.
