customer states that the washer is not getting water to it. tested unit and water appeared to be normal. water is not visibly going into machine because on this machine the hose going to the drum is on the outside and not on the front where the door is where it is normally visible. this is normal and this unit is designed differently than traditional washers. water is going into drum and filled to normal level during test.
