Cx states dryer throws HC error code after a few minutes into the cycle. Issue related to thermister temperature sensor being off. Tested thermistor and read 10k which is within range. PCB is bad and will need to be replaced. Part is no longer available so cx will need new dryer.

Cx states dryer won't heat and washer won't complete cycle. Found issue with washer drain pump, cold water valve and control started misbehaving. Unit won't power on. Recommended replacing washer due to cost. Dryer had blown fuse due to clogged vent. Replaced fuse and recommended fixing vent issues before use.
