Cx states there is Ticking sounds through cycle along with clothes are still soaked end of cycle. Tested unit with towels 2 times. Unit spun and drained towels out fine. Cx states there is clicking noise. Audible noise heard during slow spin. Noise has no effect on machine. Could not find any broken mechanical parts on machine. Found rust in tub from metal object. Debris is more than likely making clicking noise. Contacted Assurant support team and spoke with Byron. Instructed to close work order.

Tested in factory diagnostic mode. Could not detect any issues related to spin cycle. Likely washer out of calibration. Ran calibration cycle and unit successfully passed. No further action required. Unit is working as designed

Installed new drain pump and all checked ok.
