Dryer: cx dryer will not spin or operate when pressing start. Took dryer apart and found that the belt had broken. Replaced belt and tested unit. I'll checked okay. Microwave: cx microwave will not start and has no power to display. Found that fuse was blown on noiseboard. Checked primary interlock switch. Switches checked okay. Fuse likely went bad due to door being opened crooked and wild food was cooking and not hitting cancel/off first. Replaced fuse and tested. Unit is working as it should. Job complete

Found issue with water valve and front face is missing. Parts nla. Job complete 

Found issue with dishwasher leaking. Leaning too much to the left. Adjusted and all checked ok. Job complete

Found board is bad. Board was NLA and Assurant has moved claim to buyout. Informed CX.
