Voltage at the wall plug measured 123.0 VAC, which was the expected result. The door lock and latch were mechanically inspected, and the lock switch showed continuity when the door was closed, also matching the expected result. Checks for internal voltage loss produced an expected result. Assessment The recorded checks did not identify an abnormality in the incoming voltage, door-switch continuity, or checked internal voltage path. The source of the 9C2 code appears to be a PCB issue and the main control should be replaced. Customer is replacing the washer instead of repairing job complete.
