Found issue with sump leaking. Part is not available. Non-reparable. Job complete

Tested unit and found that the issue is with the bearing and the transmission. Washers making loud roaring noise and has a lot of friction which is causing the motor to not be able to spin the basket. Recommended replacing the unit as repair is not cost effective. Job complete

Issue with transmission bearing and rod. Tub had wobble and making roaring noise. Recommended replacing unit. Not cost effective.

Issue is with build up on outer tub. Recommended switching detergent and using 6x vinegar and hot water and soaking.

Found clogged vent. Cleared out. All checked ok
