Cx states that her whirlpool washer is making a sucking noise. Arrived and plugged unit in and instantly noticed the drain pump started running without cause. Washer was in emergency flood mode when there was no water in the unit. Board was faulty so we replaced it. Tested the unit afterwards and mode did not return. Unit is working as designed. ;Used 1 W11603810 (CONTROL BOARD) from stock
