Customer complaint: Starts normally but no water comes out. Initial visit (Oct 12) — Matthew B: Assessment The water inlet valve was evaluated and found to have failed. While the valve was receiving proper electrical power, it failed to actuate and allow water flow into the appliance. Work performed Removed the defective water inlet valve and installed a new valve assembly. Following replacement, the appliance was retested, and all water functions operated correctly without issues. Outcome: Repaired.
