Customer complaint: Dryer is running intermittently. It was repaired in March for not producing any heat. The heating element was replaced then and seemed to be ok. It recently started failing again and now will turn on after sitting for a few days. Initial visit (Oct 1) — Matthew B: Reported concern The customer reported an issue with the appliance's user interface panel. Assessment Inspection of the unit revealed that the controls on the right side of the user interface panel are unresponsive to touch or input. This prevents the selection or adjustment of settings controlled by that section of the interface. Next steps Replacement of the user interface panel is required to restore full control functionality.

Customer complaint: is getting off balance when it goes into the spin cycle. Initial visit (Sep 24) — Matthew B: Assessment The suspension rods were found to be worn, reducing tub stability and contributing to excessive movement during operation. A crack was also found in the top panel. The customer was shown and notified of the damage, stated that he had not noticed it previously, and advised that he would address it. Shouldn't affect the functionality of the unit. Work performed Replaced the worn suspension rods to restore tub support and stability. The appliance was checked after the repair, and all functions checked were operating correctly. Parts installed: DC97-16350U.
