Customer complaint: GE - WASHER It's not draining she have it diagnose with a different tech (diff. company) they said that it needs drain pump; she said if the tech can bring a drain pump to see it will fixed it please do. Initial visit (Sep 22) — Matthew B: Reported concern The unit was not draining properly. Assessment Testing confirmed that the drain pump was receiving power but only humming and vibrating rather than operating. The pump impeller was stripped, preventing the pump from moving water through the drain system. The drain hose and control board tested OK. Work performed Replaced the failed drain pump with a compatible pump from stock. Final verification Tested the unit after the repair. It drained properly, no leaks were present, and the unit is now working as designed. Parts installed: ASSY PUMP DRAIN;A2 PJT AL COIL 120V 60HZ.
