Customer complaint: GE dryer - powers on but wont run. asking for service. Initial visit (Sep 23) — Matthew B: Reported concern The dryer would not run. Assessment The drive belt was found broken. A broken belt prevents the drum from turning and stops normal dryer operation. Work performed Replaced the failed drive belt with a replacement from stock. Operational checks were completed after the repair, and the dryer checked okay. Parts installed: BELT DRIVE.
