Customer complaint: PLEASE CALL, NO TEXT Refrigerator BRAND: GE MODEL: NA ISSUE: A leak started a week ago, periodically. It started on the freezer side and now it's moved to the fridge side. Left to right, basically. AGE: 28 years 5934. Initial visit (Sep 23) — Matthew B: Reported concern The defrost drain was clogged, which can prevent defrost water from draining properly and may lead to water or ice buildup inside or beneath the appliance. Work performed Cleared the blockage from the defrost drain. Assessment After the drain was cleared, the appliance was tested and checked. The defrost drain was operating properly at that time.
