Customer complaint: is getting off balance when it goes into the spin cycle. Initial visit (Sep 24) — Matthew B: Assessment The suspension rods were found to be worn, reducing tub stability and contributing to excessive movement during operation. A crack was also found in the top panel. The customer was shown and notified of the damage, stated that he had not noticed it previously, and advised that he would address it. Shouldn't affect the functionality of the unit. Work performed Replaced the worn suspension rods to restore tub support and stability. The appliance was checked after the repair, and all functions checked were operating correctly. Parts installed: DC97-16350U.
