This damaged wiring likely restricted the electrical current, causing a voltage drop to the burners and directly resulting in the slow heating symptom. ### Next steps Ordering the necessary replacement wiring components is planned. Once the parts are received, a return visit will be required to install them and restore proper electrical conductivity. A follow-up service appointment has already been prescheduled with the customer.
