Kenmore Washer

Customer complaint: had not used it in couple weeks she had it unplugged when she went to use it there was a significant amount of water in the bottom she used the machine and there is no water now but still wants it checked out-3001. Initial visit (Oct 21) — Matthew B: Reported concern The customer reported a water leak originating from the washing machine. Assessment Inspection identified a passive leak at the water inlet valves. Water was seeping through the valve assembly while the unit was idle, which can cause slow filling, continuous water accumulation in the tub, or property damage if left unaddressed. Work performed The defective water inlet valve assembly was removed and replaced. The washing machine was then tested to confirm proper valve operation and verify that the leak has been fully resolved. The unit is operating normally. Outcome: Repaired.
