Customer complaint: RECALL APPT - called to report it's not working again after the last visit 9/23. Initial visit (Oct 1) — Matthew B: Assessment The rear bearing was inspected and found to be worn and lacking adequate lubrication. In this condition, insufficient grease can increase friction, produce unusual operating noise, and lead to accelerated wear on surrounding drive components. Work performed Applied grease to lubricate the rear bearing and installed a replacement drive belt. The unit was then run and tested, operating properly with no abnormalities observed. Next steps Monitor the appliance during normal use. If squeaking, grinding, or other abnormal noises develop, further inspection or replacement of the rear bearing may be required.
