Customer complaint: Need est. of charges to come out and service this Dishwasher......appliance, ( looking to the front) right side of Basket Rack, the Roller Bar has come off....not sure if it's broken or just needs to be re-hooked up?? Also would like to know how to get into and clean the Filter?? Initial visit (Sep 14) — Matthew B: Found issue with rack stop piece. ordering replacement part and returning. Return visit (Sep 23) — Matthew B: Work performed Installed a new clip on the rail to secure and support proper rail positioning. Assessment The appliance was checked after installation, and all checked functions were operating properly at that time. Parts installed: STOP — dishrack roller stop (WPL-WPW10195622), STOP (dishrack roller stop).
